Shipping

We ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping is worked out on your order after any discount code.

When will it arrive?

Orders ship from the same warehouse that supplies our teams, usually within 1–3 business days. You'll get an email with your tracking number the day it ships.

Sales tax

Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies, once you enter your address.

Something wrong with your package?

If it arrives damaged or never arrives, email info@letmerun.org with your order number (it starts with SHOP-) and we'll make it right.

Returns & exchanges

Not the right size? You can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn and unwashed.
• To start a return or exchange, email info@letmerun.org with your order number and what you'd like to do. We'll reply with where to send it.
• Return shipping is paid by you, unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged.
• Refunds go back to the card you paid with, within 5–10 business days of the item reaching us. You'll get a refund receipt by email.
